Cancellation Policy
By booking with Luxallure Nailzz, you agree to the following policies:
• All appointments require payment/deposits to secure your booking.
• deposits are nonrefundable.
• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before their appointment.
• Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 30% of the service total and may require full payment for future bookings.
• A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on timing.
